Sara is a Partner in Dorsey and Whitney’s Finance and Restructuring practice group. She concentrates her practice in the area of domestic and international commercial financing and credit transactions, including commercial loans, revolving loan facilities, term loan facilities, syndicated loans, letter of credit transactions, acquisition financing and asset-based lending. She also practices in the areas of project development and finance, financial services regulation and commercial credit and debit card transactions.

In addition, Sara represents lenders in connection with the financing of Indian reservation infrastructure, economic development and other activities.

Sara obtained her Master of Law from Uppsala Universitet in Uppsala, Sweden; and her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
