Fine Art Gallery Continues to Impress

The first thing people notice when they walk into the African Development Center building is the sheer vibrancy of colors and the incredible diversity of artworks presented throughout. The ADC collection was developed by curator Oreoluwa from a varied assortment of African artists, some local and many international. The African-influenced art at this gallery is vibrant and alive with emotion. The artists have different backgrounds but share a love for and desire to add to the confluence that is African art.

Since the opening of the exhibit in 2009, the gallery has featured both favorite local artists and international sensations, including Aziz, William St. James Cummins, WaKonia and many more. ADC’s venue has emerged as a space for local talent to display and sell their pieces, as well as an educational institution for both art enthusiasts and community members.
