Certified through the Home Ownership Center’s “Homestretch” program and sponsored by Hennepin County, ADC holds workshops at The Advantage Center in Minneapolis on the first two Saturdays of every month. Completion of the workshop qualifies you for special first-time homebuyer’s assistance. Our workshops are open to everyone!

We add value to the HomeStretch course by introducing you to real estate professionals and lenders. We also provide three hours of our own financial literacy training, making you a smarter consumer and improving your chances of finding the right house for your financial situation.
