ADC Business Center
The African Development Center has a great opportunity for small businesses needing office space. At our ADC Business Center building (adjacent to our Main Office at 1931 5th Street South). Office spaces are between 1,000 and 250 square feet.
This is a prime location to do business: close to downtown Minneapolis; nearby access to I-94, I-35W, and light rail transit; and important neighbors including the University of Minnesota, Augsburg College, Fairview Healthcare Services, and Amplatz Children’s Hospital. It is a lively area, but we offer a quiet, professional place to do business.
Rents are reasonable and all-inclusive, with a simple lease and flexible terms. We have a beautiful outdoor patio/dining area attached to our property, which includes the popular Oasis Mediterranean Grill.
