Delphine Ntegeye is a Business Advisor and Loan Officer at the African Development Center (ADC), supporting clients across both the Minnesota and Nevada branches. She works closely with small business owners to provide access to capital, financial education, and technical assistance, with a focus on SBA Microloans and other state-backed funding programs.
Delphine brings a strong background in finance, project management, and nonprofit lending. Her work includes underwriting, portfolio management, and compliance, as well as guiding entrepreneurs through the lending process from application to funding. She is passionate about supporting underserved and immigrant-owned businesses and helping them build sustainable, long-term, successful businesses.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Project Management. Outside of work, Delphine enjoys staying active, exploring new food spots, and spending time with friends and family.
