Maude Lorr is a University of Minnesota Carlson School Graduate with Bachelors in Public & Nonprofit Management and Entrepreneurial Management and a certificate in Project Management.
With 7 years of experience working in the Twin Cities Nonprofit ecosystem, Maude has developed a deep understanding of relationship management and community engagement. While being new to the world of CDFIs, Lorr's background in grassroots fundraising for local arts/music events taught them how to utilize creative problem solving to succeed regardless of budget. This experience allows them to seek out unique funding opportunities with a relationship-first approach; connecting with clients and funders on a personal level helps Maude weave together powerful narratives of success, for both ADC® and its clients. They understand that funders want to hear the real stories of their impact, not just a generic list of organizational statistics, and are constantly iterating to showcase the wide breadth of ADC's community collaboration.
